This young student came to me with an incredible voice. Her primary problem was pulling up her chest voice so high that she would really strain her voice. She had already had nodules on her vocal cords by the time she was 9 or so before we started working together. Such a big voice is a huge responsibility for the student and for the teacher. But she is learning how to manage this great vocal gift and use it to it’s fullest without letting it get out of control.
